Man this is so true. Being a Gemini is so difficult but it’s a gift and like a celebration of life once you figure out how to stabilize your scattered energy and interests and figure out what you really believe about things despite all the truths out there. Having a Taurus moon definitely balances everything out. At the same time makes things even more difficult, because Taurus wants stability and Gemini wants adventure. I find myself searching for stability like working hard in school for a job but then getting so depressed that I’m not exploring other things. And it’s hard to find people/lovers that really fulfill my dual need for being fun/adventurous but also serious and emotional and committed. Thankfully I don’t fall into many of the stereotypically undeveloped Gemini traits but I also have a lot of cancer in my chart along with the Taurus moon. And an Aquarius rising which is a fixed sign. My Gemini sun and mercury honestly lighten me up in a good way lol, I think I’d be too intense without it. It’s interesting you mention how Sagittarius is opposite Gemini because oddly enough I love that sign and am extremely attracted to Sag energy and fire energy in general. I think opposite signs can learn a lot from each other and Gemini loves to learn. Sag is also all about the heart and can help Gemini get out of their head and vice versa

Gemini is change, sagittarius is growth, both (there's that darn duality again) are essential to what I call the breath of life...without which it is a slow miserable decay. Gemini is happy to just be alive. Taurus understands peace through contentment, understands what is truly valuable to them and does not need to experiment in order to find gratification. So it is like being sandwiched between to urges; two feel alive or to feel content?

As a Gemini I feel like the two sides part of me is more so emotionally. I’m not sure if it could also be related to undiagnosed ADHD. But my family tend to say one day your moody then the next your joyful. Sometimes I feel like I need to impulsively jump around the room but then one part of me keeps me stable.
