I have walked away from those who use gang mentality to "poke the bear". Sometimes, it's best to walk away from those who repeatedly seek to hurt me. There's a time when "not react" is just putting yourself in known hurtful situations in hopes that others are going to change. Stop!!! Practice self-love and stop putting yourself in harms way. You're right, I feel resentment towards my ex, even though I feel in my heart I've let him go, but I don't want him to move on before me, meet someone before I do, it's silly really cause I know I'm over him and there's no going back.
