I've expressed issues at work and out of frustration I insulted my boss. I finally got the attention by being reprimanded and then had my chance for a face to face with my boss where she had no choice but to hear me out. But her attitude didn't change she still made excuses and my concerns were still negated... I've chosen to move on from this work environment.
