Geminid Meteor Shower 2020 in Real-Time 4K

The Geminid Meteor Shower is one of the best of the year. This year there could be 150+ per hour. So I went out last night with my low light camera and lenses determined to film the shootings stars in real time. It was a spectacular show! I was filming from a rural field in Devon, UK If anyone in the country has clear skies tonight I suggest you get out and watch for half an hour. You won't be disappointed!
This was all shot with a Sony A7iii with a Sigma 20mm 1.4 lens

I was outside with my brother around 2am in Australia, I could’ve sworn the stars were dancing it was so beautiful We both looked straight up for a second and the biggest meteor I have ever seen came directly over us. It was so bright and it looked like the sparks were coming off the back from it, it was so close

Ohh i seen one like that once! It was the most crazy moment to see something so beautiful like that in the sky, but only saw one and it was around 7pm while the sun was setting! I was surprised to be able to see it while the sun was still out😆

i happened couple minutes ago here in Brazil. incredible, there's no other words to describe it. I've seen many meteor showers but this one was special. the amount of meteors and their size , plus the starry night with the milky way...... damn. 🌌☄️😍

This was the first meteor shower I could follow, it was an amazing experience. As a young astronomy enthusiast, I was ecstatic. Many years from now I will still remember how that 🇧🇷❤️☄️

I went in my truck in the drive way and opened the sunroof. It was incredible. Even in the city with all the light pollution I still saw a lot of meteors. I went out of the city last year and saw a whole bunch but this year I stayed at home. I think the only thing that helped was the fact that there was no moonlight and clear skies. Mind-blowing.

The forecast was cloudy/wet for the peak, luckily about 1am the sky cleared, I was using sat24 and knew it was worth waiting up. On Saturday I saw 12 Geminids, and got 2 on camera, on Sunday I saw 58, and a couple on camera, on Monday I saw 7, luckily captured the best one about 2.30am before clouds came in. Nice video, wish I had set my video cam up now....

A year or 2 ago about 3 in the morning in Liverpool I was outside having a smoke 🚬 😌 when one flew over head huge tail really bright then it flashed and was gone a couple of seconds later there was a loud boom 💥 like really loud I've never seen one so bright or heard that noise before it was awesome
