I sold a very unique vintage Ralph Lauren wool unlined coat for $399 two years ago. I paid $5 for it at a garage sale. It had an Indian on the back of it. And it was reversible. I purchased 5 vintage coats/sweaters at that sale for a great price and sold them all.

Omg who doesn't love Ralphie! I always loved Ralphie & Tommy Hifilger because I love our flag & my favorite color is navy blue. I'm not so keen on the Tommy stuff now bc I don't like big logos plastered all over clothes. I was thrilled for you in the haul that you got the huge hit w/the Lil houses w/the shelf to display them. Do you worry about shipping candles in the summer? I got a couple of packages from UPS the other day and the items inside (one was pottery) were HOT to the touch!!!! When you said "Bill Robinson" in the video at the sale I immediately though of Bill "Bojangles " Robinson, the tap dancer from the 1920s and 30s! LOL ... I'm a real nerd. I guess there was a Bill Robinson who was a fashion designer, passed away in the 90s....

Everyone wants to get eBay prices at yard sales and estate sales. Crazy! Do they know how much work it is to actually sell on eBay? They will probably end up with a big pile of overpriced stuff and they will be confused about why it didn’t sell.

Estate sales are typically liquidation sales of someone who has passed on so they aren't making any money. 😂 if no one buys anything no one makes any money so I guess it makes sense to price it to move or spend the time listing online
