Gem, my reason for loving humidity over dry heat is my asthma gives me more issues in dry/cold weather. As for the current weather where I am... the average is over 90 fahrenheit/ 32 celsius and more then 50% humidity and I am thriving here!

As a fellow Newfoundlander, I can agree on the temperature talk. that range around 15-18 is very nice. and also the winter comment. If your too hot in summer, you can't do too much without like a fan or some other. =x

I live way down in the deep south of Louisiana. Which sucks because I prefer cold weather. We have summers of like 36.7°c/98°f. But the humidity makes it feel more like 43.3°c/110°f. Weirdly, when I visited Las Vegas earlier this year. The dry heat of 46.1°c/115°f, felt much better than the high humidity I normally suffer through. I want to move to Canada. It's cooler, some of my favorite KZbinrs live there, and things just sound better up there. Ethos playful teasing is kinda adorable. So I feel like the mudpath could start branching out like cracked lines. Maybe the mud is a corruption from the sea monster and it's spreading.

I prefer humidity, partially because the plants love it, mainly because if the humidity isn't fading, something (usually tree canopies and their insulation) isn't letting it escape, which means its often not as hot as well, its just moist and warm which reminds me of running through sprinklers in the summer. :) but when it is still really hot I agree, dry heat can be better.
