The funny little green thing with 2 legs stands up and you clamp a freezer bag onto the clamps and it makes it easier for you to pour liquids such as soups, stews etc into it so the bag doesn't spill as you pour. And the white bags with the coloured edging are reusuable fruit/veg bags instead of using the plastic ones instore 🥰 xx

If you have Classico pasta sauces (or any other i.e. Ragu etc) in your Supermarkets, you can use them for your coffee drinking. I usually wash them out, soak the labels off, and then use them for iced coffees. They are Mason jars and have the measurements down one side. 🙂

Gemma that green clip that came with the re-usable snack bags is a stand to clip them to & hold them open while you fill it. The different sized mesh bags are for you to use in the produce section of the grocery store for fruits & veggies instead of the clear plastic bags. The green thing is a zip lock bag holder for you to fill up stuff like smoothies fruits, soups or meal prep. Set the arms straight up and them slide your ziplock bag in the holders of the arms.. And the big bags are for your produce from the grocery store. Hope that helps .

Remember when you feel anxious to stop and focus on your breathing. Breathe in through the nose to the count of 4 and breathe out through the nose to the count of 5. Focusing on your breathing will help your body to relax and refocus your mind. Gemma is really great. Try watching some videos on Slow living or simple living as well as they are very calming. xo
