Living with grief takes time, my dad passed away 12 years ago, you never get over it, but days do become easier and you want to create a life that they would be proud of. Babe I suffer with mental health, I have extreme anxiety and depression and clinically argophobia so I can appreciate exactly how your feeling. It's so hard at the moment for everyone but when you have added things on top to deal with your brain literally can't deal with it. Everything seems like a mahoosive chore or everything you do is not good enough or your not good enough. I'm still dealing with it 3 years later and at first I didn't even know what was going on so please please please take time out for you, your mental health is soooo important. I think you have lots of things to deal with and never feel guilty for struggling with them, it may be something you have to learn to live with and you can get help with that. Also never pretend to be happy when your having a bad day, it's exhausting and makes your anxiety worse. Never apologise for finding things hard, it's ok to not be ok, but please don't sit at home and not talk about it, you have to talk about the feelings and F the ones that judge or have negative comments. If you want to make a video about it then do it, so many people struggle and feel they can't open up about it, its a stigma that has to stop. I only know you thru your videos, but eyes never lie and your hurt and almost like you lost has shown. I personally think your amazing, I think your strong, I think your an inspiration but I also think its very important to take the time for you. If you ever want to chat, I won't judge, I'm also just a girl trying to make sense of everything and so confused by how I am now. I promise better days will come but you have to be honest with your feelings. I'm sending you so much love, support and strength, take care and stay safe 🎀❤️ x

I hope you see this I’m a behavioral therapist and the way you feel is completely normal it is a side affect from COVID. Tracy I felt the same. I never comment but just felt so sad for Gemma😔 My father passed away when I was 27 and i fell pregnant 3 months later. When Gemma said she feels like she didn't take time to grieve I completely understood because I did the same thing. You are such a gorgeous soul Gemma and you are allowed to be human and take as much time as you need. Also if you look properly when you were in the car talking about how hard it is for you tubers you will notice an orb coming in from your right side. I believe your dad is always right beside you and giving you big astral hugs😌

I've lost both of my parents and the first few years were very hard. With my Mom I was in my mid 20s and I felt so lost. I did go to counseling and the most important thing she said to me was that "I'd feel better, when I was able to feel better". She said grief takes everyone different amounts of time to process emotionally and physically and that I needed to stop beating myself up over the feelings I had. I stayed in the anger or sadness phases of grief for a long time. When I moved into acceptance I could finally be happier and live in the now. If you think you might need it, you can get counseling online or over the phone. I highly recommend even a few sessions. Your life is precious and you're beautiful inside and out. My sister passed a year ago and all of our family agree we can't grieve properly with all the sadness around.
