I notice that I see clothing hanging in the store and to me they look frumpy. But you have an eye for how nice they will look when put on. How can we train ourselves to overcome this? It’s one reason I have gotten stuck on only buying online where I can see the item on a person. I need lessons!

Terrific video Gemma. I love M&S, I do not know which store you visited but all of the stores within 50 miles of me have none of these pieces in. M & S needs to definitely up their game at a lot of their stores.

I loved everthing except for the denim jacket. I've never been a fan and I dont think they do dresses any justice. I would prefer to see a Chanel inspired cardigan or the cropped trench in its place.Much classier and still on trend.

Beautiful collection Gemma, unfortunately and as usual everything I would like to have bought for myself was out of stock. M&S really are hopeless at predicting what their customer really want to wear. That looks like a very nice branch, my nearest one never has the good stuff and looks like a jumble sale.

I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. 🤦🏻♀ The other one is a $40 one *yutulu* Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym 😅

It would be useful to point out which styles would not turn up like the crochet dress, which styles fit tighter on the waist or hips for people who are not tall and slim.
