I recently got this off ebay for around like $40 and it actually came bnib. When I first tested them, they worked great but Curly had problems, the motor in his arms was locked up and the gear in his swaying mech was splitting. But I freed up the motor in his arms and replaced the gear in his swaying. Turns out though that since Curly had been stuck in the same position next to Larry for over 20 years, the motor was fucked. So I ended up replacing that too and it works flawlessly, I don't have anything to say after that so yeah ig

@@MyRealNameIsJackGradz well, y'know how the guy in the middle and his up-and-down arm mech? And y'know how there's a flat gear with a 10 tooth on top of it, followed by a 9 tooth *on top* of it?? I didn't know that at first, and when I closed the gearbox, the flat gear that went on the motor snapped into like 3 pieces!!! Idk where the fuck it went but I don't know how to fix that?? And his body turning is really split and bad sounding, but there is absolutely no way to even open the rest of the body! It's just a solid leg mold; the only way you can fix it is to split the legs in half somehow, and rip the short wires off of the turning mech to at least be able to get to the goddamn motor.

@@TheLiquiI have no clue how to fix the flat gear cause I’ve never really had an issue with those, but I can tell you have to get the rotating mech out. The first thing you have to do is take out the screws that hold the body plate in, then you gotta take that off and take the staples off the two parts of the rotating mech, then you have to unscrew the base and unscrew the two screws that hold the feet in place (sometimes they have glue and the bottoms of the feet so you might wanna pry that off if yours does) then when the feet are off the base, you push the white and yellow wires further out of into the hole, then you should be able to take the mech out easier, then you want to take out the screw that holds in the motor, and the motor should most likely pop out of the mech, then all you have to do is just replace the motor shaft gear on the motor, put it back in with the screw, put the wires back through the hole, screw the feet back on, screw the bottom of the base back on, then (optional) you can put the staples back in, then put the body plates back on and it should work fine

But I've done a bunch of things with the arms, I even substituted the broken (and missing) gear with a 10 tooth, and then a 9 tooth on top. I even tried gluing some of the loose gears so there's extra traction put on the movement... But, as soon as the arms themselves are back on, it can't even lift them up a centimeter!
