How do these itneract with each other. If you only turn one on, does it sing the entire song or does it only sing the parts assigned to it? Do they ever get out of sync?

Sorry for the late reply. If you only turn Santa on, his portion of the song will play. (If I recall correctly), if you shut Santa off in the middle of the performance, Mrs. Claus will play her parts as well. The sad part is that due to the nature of the ICs used, the timing is never perfect.
