That house looks like it’s structured differently than others. I would replace those batteries right away.

Nothing wrong with the battery’s. I replaced them after the video. Theres just so many lights that draw from the board at the same time to the point where the pitch drops on the chip since the resistor which controls the speed of the chip is now resisting less than the original flow of electrons.
