Thank you Jack for this video. This is a condo that I had my eyes on but it is too far away from the mall and LRT/MRT. I wish IOI property will have more projects like this that are more convenient for those who do not drive.

Welcome, welcome. There's a shuttle to the mall that is provided, are you aware on that? Nevertheless, having a LRT/MRT at your doorstep is best, but extremely rare due to the scarcity of the stations itself.

@RC-lt3sr only to the mall from what u understand. That being said, it's likely a fixed schedule and probably more trips over the weekend as opposed to weekdays.

8 blocks! It certainly looks very dense from the outside if you didn't mentioned there's only 600+ units. I like the convenience of units on level 1 too, it's like living in landed home where I can walk into my house from carpark.

Yes, gives you that calm, peaceful vibes. And from what I see, it will remain like this for decades to come. (Don't foresee that there will be many high rise coming up around this area, given it's a wetlands just beside and the low rise buildings around it).

Jack, what is the nearest mrt station to IOI city mall? Are there any shuttle bus or regular bus offering frequent services to the mall from the nearest mrt station and vice versa?

The nearest MRT station is the MRT Putra Permai station of the MRT Putrajaya line, approximately 10km away. Nevertheless, the one that is accessible to this mall is the MRT Putrajaya Line. There's a bus, T523, that goes from the this MRT station to IOI City Mall. So, yes, possible to travel to IOI City Mall using public bus.

Not too bad lar. Imagine, it's closer to KLCC than Kota Kemuning and also Setia Alam. Lots of people that are staying in these 2 townships also work in the city centre. If anything, travelling from these 2 places to the city centre is even way longer (time taken) compared to GEMS Residence. Not trying to promote it, but these are facts.

this residence is cater toward old people and retirement home. That's what the agent told me.

@thekaibenz Yeah, to some extent , that will be part of the target segment, but certainly not all. This isn't a specialised old living community. So far, the only one that I know of in Malaysia is in Ipoh. That 1 really dedicated to only elderly.
