Where on the Ohio are we talking about?

For context - I used to work on the river when I was younger, and we went to all the little river towns on the Ohio. Paducah, Powhatan point, Cincinnati, Louisville, etc …. I remember looking at the docs and being blown away by how much the river rises every spring. It was my first itinerant job … so it’s intrinsically connected to my brain when I think about traveling work ….
