Thankyou, thank you ! I have been having difficulty tracing the vent system without removing all of the dashboard paneling, And not coming across enough visual footage of that aspect, so thank you ! 'Had conducted Several searches online, and this is the first and most comprehensive I've found of the aspect. Also, your repair is good to know for maintenance reasons-- cleaning off any and placing new grease, etc. Myself, I am working on cleaning and pest preventions and system familiarization. I will try to post the modifications of my pest remediation and prevention efforts. IF&When I do the update remediation, I will try to post better footage, also, myself. ... ('Hoping I won't find that I have to and that it'll be a year or two from now). 0:35

A huge thank you for the detailed video on the defrost-front vent mechanism. Mine is stuck at defrost and it’s summer(well was) so all I had to do all this time is to rotate the big wheel by hand to select the front vents instead of the defrost. Hopefully this will also unblock it and it will work automatically thereafter. I will also spray some silicone for it to be lubricated as another video showed. By the way this mechanism is also accessible from the bottom of the dash, it’s just too tight there but it’s at least feasible for someone like me that doesn’t want to take the whole dash apart just for 2 vents.

Thanks for positing this. I'm having trouble myself with one of those door motors getting erratic (the upper, more difficult one) and it really helped me to visualize the whole thing before I got inside there. I am going to have to open up the dash anyways in order to fix the combination meter, so hopefully I can address the door motor while I'm in there.

Can you identify the location of the AC amplifier? I've looked until I am almost blind. Can't find it. Be great if you could point it out or point me to a good illustration of its location. Thanks!

I took one of the vent cams off and don't know where the levers go in each hole how can I find this out
