03-05 use the old coils, 06 and up use the new style coils

Just use a bolt head that fits in the nipple and put the pipe wrench on the bolt shank.

Why dont you just run the 2004 ram 2500-3500 oil filter adapter. Its a cheap factory part that kicks the filter forward in a nice neat package
