Gen 5 3.0L Whipple Boost/Vac & Stuff (03/04 Cobra)

Have you had to use RTV with the 150MM throttle body? Or do you use JUST the gasket Whipple supplied? Just threw a Gen5 3.0 and getting a high idle

Did you change out your bypass valve for a low vacuum one?

I had 3 pkgs with o rings. The first o ring you were talking about I installed. The next o ring was long and stretched around the the lower plate milled area. The last pkg is 2 small brown o rings whipple said went on the fuel rails. Does this sound correct or am I missing an o ring? Thanks

You have the two main ones correct. The smaller ones I believe are for the fuel rail pressure sensor adapter which I didnt use.

@@NOJOKEX I only had one round o ring in the pkg besides the 2 smaller ones? The other was the seal for the lower plate to supercharger brick. Thanks

what size exactly did u use with the Pneumatic Fitting?

The baseplate is 1/4” NPT, all the line is 1/4” as well. I purchased it all from Amazon via “Utah Pnuematic”
