Naye Uganda with all our flat terrain with no striking challenges n solid red clay soil it's embarrassing to see that we don't hv local engineering road works companies n even as a govt shd hv bn able to establish a public civil engineering vibrant company to take on such simple constructions, mubutufu even these lame Chinese companies are laughing at us, problem is museveni trying to micro manage everything, instead of electing qualified young ppo to occupy these ministries, he rather put in cadres n loyalists whom he can control n toss around, museveni is the problem towards Ugandas devt, the man is old n stuck in the past 60s😂
