Great analysis guys. Thanks 4 the insight. All of you might be logically right. However,Besigye's issues with security( insecurity)..are deeper than meets logic(this is just ma opinion). In retrospect, his PRA reality and the whole Opoka-Kony ''escapades'',,,I can't bet ma arm on his innocence. Besides,rtd col. Besigye,is a permanent member of the army high command and as a retired officer,is part of the reserve force. With that fact,a thorough and compehensive legal insight ,into whether he should or shouldn't be tried in what court. Because it's confusing .
