Gen. Tinyefuza dares KCCA Exec. Director

The Coordinator of Intelligence services and Senior Presidential adviser David Tinyefuza broke his silence over a row with the Kampala Capital City Authority; KCCA, over a multi million shillings property in Kampala. In a statement read on his behalf by an intelligence official, Tinyefuza defends his occupation of the house, arguing that the building was under his custody for security purposes and not for his own personal use.

I develop headache every time i hear an individual emphasising the "we fought phrase".....i hate it with passion. Fighting cannot be used to promote impunity and this is how our country has been taken hostage. Whoever thinks fought and therefore should enjoy immunity from everything should resign their positions so that we collapse as a country!! This arrogance must be rejected by every Ugandan.
