It kind of pisses me off of people pretend to have a disorder as a quirk, and they get all these followers all these friends, all these people that support them but if they actually had this disorder that they claim to have, they wouldn’t have those friends because I suffered from some sort of mental illness. I’m not sure which one but I have an undiagnosed mental illness, and it is extremely hard to get diagnosed because as a teenager it was just put off as just depression. But after doing mental health tests, I have a possibility that I might be on the autism spectrum I might have bipolar, personality disorder. A form of complex post traumatic stress. And adhd and out of all those things ADHD is the only one that I’ve actually got a diagnosis for because mental health is a pain in the ass getting a proper diagnosis. Most people are suffering from an undiagnosed mental health issue. I just happen to be aware of enough that I might have something. Because it’s not just depression anxiety and adhd because if I was not mentally ill, I would have my shit together. I would probably be making KZbin continent TikTok. Stuff because I wouldn’t have any self doubt because I have a lot of self doubt that basically shut down any idea I have I think of a Contin idea. What is my brain? Tell me that’s fucking stupid. Your dumb and stuff like that Most people that have mental illness, don’t have many friends they have difficulty socializing, and expressing themselves and the people that do you have lots of friends and do express themselves and socialize that do have a mental illness. They probably spent three or four years in therapy. Learning coping mechanisms. But problem with me my coping mechanisms are preventing me from getting a proper diagnosis because I have always been put aside like all you’ll get better when you’re older. This is just a phase you’re only a teenager you’ll feel better when you’re older guess what I’m 25 and I feel worse I’m on 60 mg SSRI. And my doctor thinks I’m going to need a higher dose. And I think so to because I don’t feel happy or anything

And due to this I get recommended this kind of content a lot and half these people are faking it. Videos were people would indulge in their “ocd” and clean the entire house, for those who don’t know what ocd actually is then let me explain. It’s not hyper organisation it’s hyper fixation an example from my own life being an intense love for dinosaurs, and not in the way a little kid would like dinosaurs by age 4 I had memorised the scientific names of about 100 different dinosaurs species and knew everything there is to know about their likely habitat and evolutionary adaptations. That is ocd (and a bit of Asperger’s) ocd isn’t being a neat freak it’s about being hyper obsessed, obsessive compulsive disorders.
