This why pac is always my #1 man. He had that perfect voice and all the emotion behind it.

He recorded this after he shot those two crooked cops so that line really hits hard when u think about it, and he recorded this in 1995 and this song still hits hard till this day!! 🙆🏾♂️

The 🐐. No 🧢. Big Stretch was a member of a group with his brother Majesty called the Live Squad. They collaborated with Pac and produced a few of his earlier tracks. They fell out after Pac was shot the first time. He was with Pac during the shooting. Pac felt like Biggie and Stretch knew the guys that shot him and didn't give him a heads up. This is what the media used to instigate the East vs West beef. Stretch was killed a year later in his hometown burrough of Queens after leaving from a studio session with Nas. Nas would later proclaim on a song called Death Row East that Stretch had nothing to do with setting Pac up.

The thing about 2Pac was that he didn't just talk the talk. That line about the crooked cop killing glock was real. He actually shot two crooked cops, and then beat the charges. This song was on the R U Still Down album that was released after his death, and is a collection of songs recorded before he joined Deathrow Records. I want to say this one was around 1993 or 1994, towards the middle of his career while he was working with the Thug Life group he founded. The chorus is Stretch from Live Squad who was good friends with 2Pac, until after 2Pac got shot and went to prison. 2Pac felt like Stretch betrayed him, and was kicking it with his enemies. Stretch was shot and killed execution style exactly one year after 2Pac was shot in New York.

He didn't have the strap on him because he had just got out the MGM from watching the Mike Tyson fight and that's when his bmw got shot up sadly. Look up the story of Latasha Harlin. That's who he's talking about. She got shot by a Chinese or Japanese store owner.
