I am not that young anymore and plaid at club rugby level in South Africa. We played every week and we had around a 20 week roster. The guys at the level you are watching plays week in week out and probably have a 2 month break at the most.

Please check out the GOAT Jonah Lomu. He was a New Zealand all blacks player who was the first real international rugby superstar. I'm Australian and he's still my favourite player. Unfortunately, he passed away at 40 due to a rare disease called nephrotic syndrome. He was never really at 100% health, please watch his tribute documentary called Lord Of The Wings called that because he played on the wing for New Zealand and imagine if he'd never been sick... damn.😊
