I think its part of the contract as Chuang is originally a chinese program before the ban, and regarding bout the job, they're just talking bout the commercial performances that they will get when they're at china, RYCE is not like the Kpop big 3, and i dont think much investment will happen for a temporary contacted GG, worst most is how slow/bad ? RYCE promotion is to market them both internationally and domestically within China. Chinese fans is complaining how spare and free the girls' schedule even after they just released new songs. And the company is in urge to hire more english and thai speaker staffs currently, shouldn't it be done at least during the whole Chuang Asia audition period ? This showcase how inexperienced or unplanned they're. Anyways just pray things get better and these talented girls get more recognition 😢
