@@Random-gk3gk Ever heard of DNA? It’s in every cell of your body. Every human being has 46 chromosomes, 23 inherited from the mother and 23 inherited from the father at conception. XX chromosomes = human female. XY chromosomes = human male. Physical development and male/female characteristics are the expression of DNA also called the “blueprint of life”. Extremely rarely there is a DNA defect resulting in ambiguous male/female physical characteristics. This is recognized by science. Merely being dissatisfied in the normal body you were born with is a mental problem.

Sarah McBride you did a wonderful job of telling your story. I am very impressed with your presentation and thank you for representing the bulk of us. You put into words what I'm sure many others have felt & experienced. So many fine twists of words, subtle uses of humor and I loved the line "....out of the closet and into the kitchen..." Yep. Beautiful speech. She is so well spoken - I hope we see more of Sarah McBride in the future. America is such an odd place. For a country of the free and the home of the brave - we certainly like to tell others how to live their own lives. By focusing on the faults of others we ignore are own problems and that is anything but brave.

@asta sorensen That's actually true for some... the ones in particular who circumvent the proper Standards of Care... but for those who do the work and go through the proper channels. the one's who should never have transitioned in the first place, get sorted out, and discover gender wasn't their problem. Only those few for whom gender transition is the perfect cure, receive the therapy which is many cases is life saving. So, the fact you don't know a damn thing about what you're criticizing, you actually bring up a great point. Get proper care from professionals. The wrong care is worse than no care at all.

Its a little like shoe size... society will try to force you into a pair of size 10s. most people are close enough that they can function... for many a size 9 or 11 would be more comfortable, but they can survive just fine. The poor bastards who need a size 2 or a size 23 have a tough row to hoe... there aren't many of them, but anyone willing to look will see their suffering is real and their hardship obvious.

"trans" ideology is regressive and sexist, it relies entirely upon and perpetuates ridiculous sexist stereotypes. No male would ever even "think they are a woman" if the idea that certain thoughts and behaviours males can have/exhibit aren't really "manly" wasn't being pushed by the "trans" community.

Intolerant? You mean protecting real women rights? How come Trans people's feelings are the only feelings that matter? Does it not matter that I or millions of others would be uncomfortable if forced to share a bathroom or locker room with a man? Does it not matter that women who train harder than anyone else have their athletic careers stolen by a man who claims to be a woman? So those people should just shut up and bow down as Trans people walk by? Y'all talk about equality but all I see is everything that women had to fight for being slowly taken away from them again. A man cannot be a woman and a woman cannot be a man. There's no biological possibility to make that happen.

Sadly too many see love as something narrow and rigid, and determined by ideas thousands of years old with little relevance in the modern world. Love is so simple.
