Emi, The issue is what are the taxpayers getting from a cop earning $400k for a year 😮 If you are gonna pay a cop $400k, that cop better show a significant contribution in the crime reduction area to justify that kind of pay 😮 TBH, there's 2,080 work hours in a year and 1,600 hours of overtime meant Quanesha pretty much pulled a double shift every workday for a year, yeah, right 😅

When in the UK. my salary was $1500 a month, my rent $1200. Travel to work $100, Energy $100. I could not get even a credit card ;-(, not alone a mortgage. When applying for "affordable" housing system, could not get it because I could not afford it. That's the UK 4 U folks ;-(

Я лично считаю, что в развитых и испытывающих демографические проблемы странах... должен быть введен обязательный пятилетний декретный отпуск, с выплатой средней по региону зарплатой и сохранением стажа и всех социальных выплат. Тогда у женщин будет выбор или посвятить себя материнству, сохраняя средний достаток... или отказаться от материнства и вкалывать как мужик... ну или выбрать какой-то промежуточный вариант...
