usually I'm not a fan of gender reveals that you see online, but this was so low key and cozy and didn't seem like it's a HUGE DEAL, just a fun detail that allows you to visualize your family's future better. Loved it, love how happy you all are, and so nice that your mom was there to be a part of it :)

Just had my second baby girl and we’ve closed up shop. 5 pregnancies & 2 live babies, I felt like my body had been through enough. BUT here to say that the girl gang is strong and it has been incredibly beautiful to see our oldest be sooooooooo loving and caring to our little one. Honor is going to be an amazing big sister to a cute little sister.

Long time follower here and you've inspired me to start my own podcast which I'm working pn funding now with a close friend. A lot of it will focus on motherhood and the beauty of raising a child with severe autism. I don't know what it's like to raise a neurotypical child (because my nephew also has autism) but that must be exciting and have it's challenges as well. I have a brother and only one son so I wasn't raised with sisters and raised no daughters .... it must be so different. My boy will be 14 next month and I feel like THAT day was yesterday: the one where they placed the most beautiful baby you'd ever seen in your arms and you wondered what on earth you had ever done to deserve to have such a perfect little creature on loan. Enjoy every second Julia, she most certainly took her time in choosing you for her mother.

My husband and I ended up adopting after years of infertility, IVF cycles and the rollercoaster of emotions. My husband wanted a boy and I was overjoyed at the thought of finally being able to be a mother that I just didn’t care. I had hopes of adopting a girl later but that never came to be which I was ok with. Being parents and adopting has been the very best decision my husband and I have ever made. Whether one wants a girl or boy in the end you love your children no matter what the gender. My son is married now and my daughter in law is the most wonderful girl. She is more than what I could have hoped for and we have a wonderful relationship. She is now my daughter. Hopefully we will have grandchildren in the near future and I can look forward to all of this.🥰🙏
