What I'm about to share is not gender related, but I know that this is a safe place, so. I came out to my bestie as lesbian two days ago and today at school she gave me a letter where she asked some questions about it, but also wrote that she thinks it's an honor that I trust her with that and she wrote that she loves me (as friend obv) and supports me. identified as non binary for a bit in middle school, led to trans-masc, led back to enby and then settled on female once i worked thru some trauma and realized where my body dysphoria came from. im 18 and just had a baby. the pregnancy gave me a lot that i wanted from my body since i was a kid and even though my stomach was bigger ik i was growing life so i felt kind of divinely feminine...currently struggling with my body again postpartum and thus my pronouns but i think ii realized that my dysphoria might not be as insecurity as i thought due to my feelings during the pregnancy and now with my baby (and partner) and even myself when talking to my baby calling me mommy. idk ive settled on she/they for now though wish me luck

Demigirl who's gender is like half-melted ice; some of it is always feminine, the rest of it does whatever it wants. Demifluid, definitely, but the terminology I use for my gender is varied and too numerous for this comment.

Interesting to hear about genders I haven't heard about! I usually call my self nonbinary and genderfluid, but recenty I realized I never really felt like the boy or girl gender, so if I'm more to one side or the other, I'm more demiboy or demigirl (I usually just call it feeling masc or femme), anyone else feel this way? Is that boyflux or girlflux, or is there something inbetween? Like nonbinaryflux? Or is that genderflux?). Also first thought I was agender, because I just don't really care about my gender in general, but I realized I do feel gender, just not... boy or girl :P But it's nice to learn the right terms for it :)

hopefully this will help but maybe you're bigender? bigender does not just mean man and woman, it's still under the nonbinary umbrella because you might not be one or the other, it just means you experience exactly 2 genders somehow. you might switch between them, you might feel the genders simultaneously and not switch, you might mostly feel 1 gender and partly the other. Just needs to be 2. You can be bigender as a demiboy and a demigirl for sure. unfortunately because of old misconceptions of what being bigender is, lots of online spaces are not very safe for young bigender people and minors, so it's been erased pretty hard. But we're still out there, just a little quieter than most. I hope this helps somehow! Good luck on your journey!

I heard the definition of pan gender, and my overly mathematical brain was kind of overloaded by the concept of being all something as infinite as gender identities. I envision gender as having a near-infinite number line with max masc on one and and max femme on the other, and there is the second dimension, height, of how much your gender identity relates to being masc/femme as opposed to just things that are part of one’s gender identity (ex. the feeling of sitting in a tree in nature has a deep connection to my gender identity), and a given gender identity can encompass a region of the plane, and also there’s the time dimension. So I started thinking about it and my brain just couldn’t handle a 3-to-4-dimensional graph where the answer was yes, everything.

Howdy- I have some questions. (And please tell me if this is rude and/or confusing) How do you tell a stranger’s pronouns without asking? I sometimes try to default to they/them, but I can see how that would be disheartening or even offensive to some people. (Like if you’re transitioning to male, and then someone refers to you with they/them pronouns) But, at the same time, I don’t want to disrespect non-binary people. I usually try to gauge off of what other people refer to the person as, but then some people don’t correct others when they use the wrong pronouns/name, and then I end up calling the person the wrong name/use the wrong pronouns. On the other hand, asking feels like putting someone under a spotlight, even though sometimes it’s a welcome gesture. Again, sorry if this is rude, but I’m just a little stuck. I support y’all and happy pride month. 🏳️‍🌈

i would say just use they/them pronouns and if they correct you then no biggie i personally hate when someone uses they/them to refer to me, but i understand they want to be respectful so i just tell them i'm not comfortable with those pronouns and would rather them use he/she same for the name part, you can't really tell a name from a look so go off the info you're given and they can correct you don't worry because people are pretty kind when someone uses their dead name or misgenders them :)

Guys can you maybe help me with my gender? All the gender quizzes don’t sit right with me. So my gender feels mostly femenine, but with some masculinity and androgeny, Maybe like 60 percent fem Probably 30 percent non-binary But like 10 percent masc But those numbers seem to fluctuate Some labels I’ve found that *kinda* work: Demigirl (label I’ve had the longest, kinda scared to let go of it) Genderfluid (considered many times) Demifluid (one that fits the most, still not sure) And maybe if there was like- omnigender? Like all genders but more a certain one? Like omnisexual except with genders? Or maybe polygender except like fluctuating? Like the genders I _feel_ are Female (which stays for most of the time) (Sometimes, but rarely): demiboy Bigender Non-binary Genderqueer Honestly I’m close to just using genderqueer because idk 🤷‍♀️ Some I found throughout the video I somewhat like: Trigender Girlflux

I'm no expert and it's all up to you. but Pangender is experiencing all genders at one on a fluctuating or static point. also gender flux could also make sense. Edit: Pangender also involves alot more but that's the short rundown.😋 coming from a Pangender. Pangender can also be one gender at a time or more a certain one also fluctuates.

Well you could still be fluid. It might just be taking you a while to flow to feeling a different gender though. Like you could be feeling that way now but then randomly tomorrow you might be feeling demi boy or something idk. You know you more than I do so see if anything changes and it's okay if it doesnt but if it really starts to bother you then I would suggest looking it up if you havent already

Almost every Latin noun/adjective that ends in -um, like "caelum"=sky, "somnium"=dream (or maybe sleep? Not really sure sorry), "imperium"=order, control, empire. Also different ranks of biblically accurate angels have gender neutral names (Seraph/Seraphim, Ophanim etc...) and also just the word angel. You could also choose letters (X, Z, V...) or names of planets I think (sorry for my bad English)
