Put small slices all the way to the bone and pack them with the trinity… celery bell peppers and onion… add a garlic clove in each hole as well… add black AND white pepper to your rub dampened with Wischester sauce… serve on a medium toasted French bread dipped slightly in its own juice with a HEAVY red wine
