All Puff said before he got choked up on his words, were: "We used to wake up in the morning.." So far there's nothing suspect about that. They lived in the same house. People will assume they wake up in the morning, both in their own bedroom. But, since Puff knows he was actually sleeping with Usher, he's remembering it with the visual of them in the same bed..So that's why he stopped himself. He told on himself. Then, trying to clean it up, still with the memory of them in the same bed, he says: "We used to wrestle for the Frosted Flakes". That was him trying to excuse them waking up in the same bed in the morning. Even though he never actually said that. He told on himself with his own guilt and nervousness.
