Normally, I would agree with Big Gene, but the victim identified Diddy as the shooter from the very beginning. Her story hasn't changed, and the victim maintains that Diddy, not Shyne, shot her. I would think the victim being shot in face would see who was holding the gun and shot her. The victim identities Diddy. If Diddy felt at anytime this assessment of facts were wrong. Why didn't Diddy bring a civil suit against the victim. I also don't agree with Gene assessment about NYPD which has a record of police brutality, cover ups, Mob/ gang associations, falselying evidence in criminal cases in which convictions were over turned. So yes NYPD just like LAPD has a problem with corruption among its rank and file. No police dept is perfect but again NYPD is on record with lawsuits allegeding misconduct among rank and file. Those are facts!
