Buzzbee thought he would get a quick payout, this girl clearly lied. The story never made sense, the location, and the activities, timing...if you know the tri-state it wasnt ever factual, friends working for MTV at the time knew it wasn't factual. At some point just call this girl a liar. Where is the polygraph? Most people knew Diddy was a bad guy, Jay-z never had that rep, but the Cassie video makes Diddy a person you can't defend. As someone with yrs experience in civil law I'll tell you that the judge cant just throw the case out. They need to follow the legal process. If they dont then it leaves loop holes for the plaintiff to try again. Jay Z needs to be patient as frustrating as that may be. ​@cdeproduction

So the accuser claims that a friend drove her to NYC… Question, how old was this Friend? Did this friend have a drivers license? Whose vehicle did they use? Who was it insured by? Why weren’t they in school? What school did they go to? When was she diagnosed with autism? When did she have this head injury? Was she ever SA before? Can she possibly be confusing stories? I can say teenagers have always lied to parents about going wherever. why are and were there so many teenagers pregnancies, then got abortions, got HIV and other diseases. The friend was supposedly 20 years old and I'm telling you that this never happened because where she's from this would be impossible first of all she would have had to be dressed in formal clothes secondly no one is letting no unknown 13 year old without a parent and Rochester is a rural area and she wouldn't have been knowledgeable of the city and neither would her friend it's very difficult to drive in Manhattan when you don't come from here being a New Yorker it's just not realistic or possible especially at that time.

It also makes no sense for the driver to go back for the girl because he doesn't benefit from it. Driving Diddy 20-25mins to the party, driving 25mins back to get the girl and then driving another 25mins back to the party makes no sense. Lets not forget that the driver is still on the clock so how does he benefit from this situation by leaving his boss to drive around a stranger and get her into a party. That's a fireable offense

I’m sorry that P.I. situation seems and felt scripted. I don’t believe any of that was real for promotional efforts or that Buzbee didn’t hire them. Because why can the just release the recording? Why just release portions of a transcript on social media? Buzbee has completely taken the focus off the alleged victim for his own exploits. Didn’t appear with her during the NBC interview. Glad I found some unbias reporting of the facts, I ended up here accidentally and glad I did. While others in the court of public opinion have judged and found Diddy and Jay-Z guilty no matter the many inconsisties in the accusers' story and is scary to think if one would find themselves in court & they be the jury, EVERY other podcast I've watched have done gymnastics, changed dates & times in an attempt to validate this story with no regard as to the fact this could all be false & cause unrevocable harm to the accused & their families.

Well I can say I DONT really care for that gene guy but one thing he ain’t lying about is NYC. I was born and raised in NY, Bklyn. I’m looking at maps and gps to get around any place that’s not the area I grew up in. I would be just as lost as a someone visiting from another state or country. That city, the whole city, as in the 5 boroughs is HUGE, very Huge. With buildings & ppl stacked on top of each other. To give an example. I’ve been to Central Park 3 times and haven’t been to the same spot more then once, and I still haven’t seen the whole park.
