Just beautiful. The finishes with wonderful wallpaper choices along with stunning furniture are exceptional. My favorite fireplace is in the bedroom as it looks very inviting. Kitchens are hard to finish but yours is amazing with the details. Wonderful miniature dollhouse.

Really I could go on all day about your dollhouse, but the drapes are off the charts. Beautiful. The door hardware is beautiful and is the lighting. The Beacon Hill house have small rooms but you have managed to make the best use of the space you are given and very tastefully so. Okay I'm done...for now.

This is by far the coziest and most beautifully lit Beacon I have seen. I absolutely LOVE everything you have done with this house! You should give a tutorial/explanation on how to do lighting. That is what I struggle with - you did an amazing job here!

Like you, my Beacon HILL stayed in the box for 3 months. But like the instruction say Don’t Panic! My project took 3 years to fully complete.

I'd love to know what all you made and what was purchased (if anything). If you made it all, how long did it take??

The house was made from the Greenleaf Beacon Hill kit that was purchased. The project took 3 years. I installed the flooring, wallpaper, moldings, and lighting. The two chandeliers were made by J. Gedzan. I made the kitchen cabinets and hardware, countertop with faux granite. I made the faucet from a spindle, copper tube and decorative toothpicks. I also made the tomato sauce cans. I shrunk down the label of the brand that I use. I then cut a Bic pen down to the proper size for the can. Made the lids from card stock. I then dyed some filler for the tomato sauce. You will see photos of my grand kids, me and my wife, me and my twin sister, and my grandfather, all made by shrinking down photos. Most of the art work was purchased from Miniaturedollhousepictures. The window treatments in the living room, bedroom, and third floor hall, as well as the bedding and pillows were made by SimplySilk miniatures in the UK. The bathroom curtain was made by a lady in Russia. Hand towels were made by a lady in Portugal. Most of the furniture was made by Bespaq. The grandfather clock is a working clock made my Heidi Ott. I painted and modified the two white fireplaces by adding simulated brick and fireplace lighting. If you watch my Christmas video you will see hand made Christmas arrangements, mantle garland, interior and exterior garland, wreaths and bows. I hope this answers your questions without TMI.

I didn’t make them. The curtains, bedspread, and pillows in the bedroom, and living room and hallway curtains were made by a lady in the UK. She goes by the name Simply Silk. The curtains in the bath were made by Miniature Curtains and purchased on Etsy.
