Hellooooo beautiful people!!! Happy Monday! I just want to say THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART for all the support you've given me throughout the Daily Beats project. Your comments and support were literally the only thing keeping me going. Some days were so excruciating, I just wanted to give up. But I would go back to the older videos and re read some of the comments and it always fired me up and got me back into the zone! Also, I want to thank EVERYONE IN THE BEATBOX HOUSE for helping me through this process. I would have given up right away if it wasn't for you guys. Every time I was stuck in a creative rut, you guys were right there to dig me out. I also, want to thank my neighbors downstairs for being such good sports about the noise! This is still incredible in it's own way, This piece is focussed on the beatboxing side of things. Today though, you don't "just" beatbox, you make music, in which beatboxing is part of it - and I freaking love it! I remember 2015 now!! Gene was the first to beatbox like this , hes def a rockstar of beatbox. I remember the melody was so different from what alem, reeps and stuff were doing .. maybe babeli was as melodic too but this was combo'd with the modern click drops at the time which was popular in clubs ... nobody clubs now in covid tho
