Great to see you back in vlog mode. I can't begin to imagine how harrowing the crossing the border in and out of Mexico must be. In Australia, we only have (uncontrolled) state borders and can drive forever without being searched etc. Depends on the toothpaste whether I brush first thing in the morning. The nice herbal one I'm currently using doesn't tend to clash with food or drinks (well, perhaps wine!). Already looking forward to your next vlog!! 🍥🍥☕☕💕

I read somewhere that you should not brush your teeth after coffee. Acid in coffee will weaken your enamel, which can increase your chances of cavities or tooth decay, so you should wait 30-60 minutes before brushing your teeth after eating or drinking.

Before saves your teeth 🪥 Brushing BEFORE helps prevent stains, starts saliva, which helps kill bacteria and break down food. And if you still set on after, WAIT 30 - 60 mins so the saliva neutralize the acidity of the coffee and foods. It takes away the enamel from the teeth because it's soft.

So glad you're back! On leaving the house sure, brush your teeth before coffee. But if you were staying in with the coffee then brush after. Definitely don't brush your teeth before fresh orange juice! 😅

If you brush your teeth before then you don't have any floaties in your mouth and you can really get a good taste of the coffee and if you want to bring brush your teeth or rinse them afterwards that's okay too but brush them before you get better
