I always seen this ship getting alongside at moi rana port Norway!..rough seas and strong winds are normal passing at north sea especially during spring and winter season.. And it seems this ships has not loaded..

Seafearer are paid high just because bringing shipment of cargo , the ships itself and the crew on board on schedule no matter what the weather condition . master , ship owners and ship managers know those things " taking risks and responsibility.

Not always, mainly autumn and winter. Big waves come from Atlantic ocean to galican coast.
