yeah for figures like grievous i use blue tack under his feet and stuck it to a round stand. it works well, but heat can make the blue tack soft.

really? didn't see that. i thought his hips were magnetic and he just clipped them on it. i don't think his cape would have flowed the way it did in the ep.III if it had pockets

Was gonna comment telling you Grievous does actually have pockets in his cape, but... yeah, seems everyone else already told you. Although in both Clone Wars shows, Grievous does have them on his hips- and on Utapau, it does seem like he's taking the lightsabers off his hips as apposed to rummaging in his cape for them. Not sure why they gave him cape pockets for that bridge-battle scene.

That's weird. I have this same figure and it stood proudly on my shelf for a couple of years with no problems. I agree, it's horrible as a toy. But it's a great display piece. Sadly, I put my Star Wars figures all in a plastic bin in my closet to make room for my NECA Pacific Rim kaiju/jaeger collection.

Ok dude, you're being too hard on this toy! It is for kids and not just for adults or display! You said yourself that it was in the 90's where you're at and that's why he's flimsy! The plastic can't take that much heat so he's gonna be flimsy and all of that stuff! And he did have pockets in his cape! It was The Clone Wars series you're thinking about where he hooked the hilts to his waist and his cape not having pockets! In the movie he had pockets on his cape and stored his sabers in it! But I can agree with you about Grievous needing swivel thighs!
