@Peter Hanson and Allison Severn: I have wonderful memories of Mr. Hansen. My late mother and I watched GH together when I was a child. I remember Scotty and Lee as father and son. Enjoyed their relationship. Later discovered Ken and Mr. Hansen were friends in real life. I appreciate the memories. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. RIP Mr. Hansen. Thank You.

General Hospital fans have lost another veteran actor Peter Hansen did a wonderful job as Lee I've been watching him since I was a teenager now I'm in my fifties and I'm so sad to hear of his passing. I pray for his family to be at peace and I pray for Mr. Hansen to be an everlasting Paradise. thank you for your wonderful talent, I always thought you were so handsome and I loved the character you played with Gail. The scene with Scotty always brings me to tears when he says he loves you Dad I'm so glad KZbin is showing all the old clips, there will always be Gail and Lee! rest in paradise! thank you for your wonderful talent, you are dearly loved & missed!

Mr. Hansen has always been one of my favorites on GH. A great dramatic actor, and still so funny. I have been watching the old LnL 1980/81...."Summer on the run" story line. Lee Baldwin(Peter Hansen) had such a big part in that story,even after Scotty (KS) left. GH was so cleaver to keep him involved in that story. He forgave Laura, and he and "Luke" became and stayed friends.The golden years of GH best stories always included him. He will be sorely missed. RIP

My dad was a true actor of the old school. While the younger actors tried to method act their part and say what they thought their character felt, he learned his lines every night and didn't have to write them on the shirt of their costars they'd be delivering them to. Or on countertops. Or a teleprompter. He burned a lot of brain cells being proficient at his art, and gave it all he had. I thank you for this, and I must say, his last words to me were not a whole lot different than those he said to Scotty. I was just on the other side of the bed. Otherwise, a dress rehearsal for his last loving words to me. I'm going to save this. Thanks.

My condolences on your grandfather's passing, Allison. I always looked forward to seeing him at the GH fan gatherings at the Sportsmen's Lodge in Studio City each summer. He'd be the first one to arrive - in his Jaguar - and the crowd would go wild. Even after he had retired, he'd attend and always, always got a standing ovation. He was adored by his costars and fans. He was tops. My thoughts & prayers are with your family during this time. ~ Eric

My grandmother has watched GH from the start & although she has trouble remembering things she definitely remembers Peter on GH. He was absolutely an amazing actor & she had so much respect for "Lee" Fond Memories. My ulmost thoughts & prayers are with you and your family Allison.

This is so beautifully done. As always @ackgh73994 you did a superb job honoring a great and legend in the ABC soap family. No matter what Peter Hansen acted in, I loved him. His delivery, the way he carried himself, the twinkle in his eye were always the way to get you pulled in. I wish that the actual show's tribute to him was like this. Such wonderful memories come flooding back seeing all those pictures. Thank you so much for all your videos. R.I.P. to the one and only Mr. Hansen

@PeterHansen Jr I'm watching "When Worlds Collide" from 1951 and had to Google the two leading men and the leading lady. I was amazed that this is the same man from GH! I watched GH with my mother as a young girl and right on into the whole Scotty & Laura.. and Luke era. Your father's acting has always been outstanding, and I'm so grateful his talents were shared with the world. My deepest belated condolences to you and your loved ones.
