I think I’m one of the few people that things to show will do fine without Jason. I’m more sad because I really was loving the idea of Jason and Britt being together. because I thought Jason finally deserved a romance that didn’t involve Carly or Sam. I can’t wait to see what the writers do for Carly now that Jason is gone.…

All I know is...Steve goes, I go!! They killed my faith in them when they cancelled my AMC, along with OLTL. For about 20 yrs, I quit GH until about 10 yrs ago. Gave it another shot, and got caught up in the Sonny Carly Jason (who I remember as Jason Q) storylines. Now, I'm totally hooked, like you Envy.. But if Jason/Steve goes, it'll be the straw that breaks the camels back.

Steve/Jason has left before though. I'm a big fan of Jason and Steve and of course i'll miss him, but no one character or actor can make or break the show when there's about 40/50 cast members to begin with. The show existed for about 30 years before he got there, and it'll carry on without him just like it did when he left the show for 5 years a few years ago and it did just fine without him then too. I think ABC/Disney are just doing what they think is best to make their work place as safe of an environment as it can be during these times, and considering only 2 actors left, it seems 99% of the cast are more than okay with the policy, if not at the very least respect and understand why Disney/ABC are implementing it.

@@envious01 couldn't agree with what you said more! I'm torn about Steve's leaving, just as I'm torn about people being forced to a vaccinated. But I'm vaccinated people like Steven and go don't seem to realize it and pack that it has on everybody's lives not just there personal rights! Having said that, I wish Steve the best, but I agree with you that this has derailed his career. Like you I didn't care for Jack's the last few years, so his loss is no big one! I've got a feeling both jacks and Jason will be back as recast;

recast is that actor i cant stand he played todd or his twin he is one boring actor so they should keep jason dead for good
