If being away from Sam and his sons for 5 YEARS doesn’t get Jason’s priorities straight nothing will! She had the quiet life she supposedly wanted with Drew - a man who always put the kids and her first. She dumped him so she could run back to her ride or die love with Jason. She really needs to take a good look inward, and figure out why she’s fine with accepting Jason’s scraps!

ShockWave ZERO Sam could have done much better. She could have let Jason and Spinelli deal with Shallow but she insisted in faking to be attracted to Shallow. She let herself being drugged. Once she was discharged from the hospital she again went for Shallow’s head. All this while her kids stayed at the Quadramaines. She completely forgets her children. Now that she is on parole she is risking a healthy life with her children by trying to meet Jason in secret. Jason had to break their relationship. At this point Sam I think her attachment to Jason is toxic. She is drawn to danger,forgets her kids and has no issue with breaking the law. At least Jason is wiser than Sam.

I have to agree because 1:16 in 2009 it was Kristina who worked with michael to help push Sam and jason back together when they ran away on Sonny's island forcing Sam and jason to go look for them. And let's not forget what kristina said holds merit and truth because if Jason walked away from Liz in 2008 it confirms that he did that because he doesn't want to be responsible for Liz's demise therefore he holds more value to Liz's life over Sam if he can tolerate Sam in his life while accepting the fact that Sam is suspend-able that tells the audience that Jason could be okay if he was forced to watch Sam die. But that also tells the audience if that was Liz in Sam's place dying, that Jason wouldn't know how to live. And then if you go back to Gh in 2007-2008 we watch how Jason forced himself every time to break things with Liz when things got crazy. But in 2020, the moment things got crazy after all this life that Sam has lived.. Sam is the one dumping Jason because she just realized her life through Jason's eyes is suspend-able to jason and Sam wants the Liz treatment that Jason has allowed Liz to have all these years. And unfortunately Jason will never able to give that to Sam. But we all saw Drew do that for Sam. He even took a bullet at that warehouse in 2017 for Sam. When we know our real Jason would have blown that guy out risking Sam walking in. because that's what our jason has always done. That's how we know Drew put Sam first and Jason didn't do that enough for Sam making everyone to see that Sam is suspend-able.

Gwen Marie Jason and Sam discussed having children in great detail, back when the writing was actually good. They discussed the dangers and what they could offer their children and decided it was worth it for them. And why the hell should Sam have to sacrifice herself and try to be a tame desk jockey and the men get to run around having all the adventures and take all the fun risks... you know those things that make for INTERESTING television. This isn’t the Middle Ages. There are female firefighters, female cops and women who have dangerous jobs and that is the life that fulfills Sam. Children don’t have to be an anchor pulling you to the bottom of the ocean. They can be a joy, can be loved, accepted and it is better for them that their parents are happy because they will sense that and grow up well adjusted rather than fearful and neurotic much like poor Krissy is today.

Exactly. It's not just some on/off switch you can control yourself or with talk therapy. Most people are ashamed of it or don't feel anyone or anything can help, especially medication. That's why I can't blame Kristina for being fooled by Shiloh. He was a master manipulator and Kristina was vulnerable. Sam kept toying with him, thinking she could take him on herself instead of just having Jason get rid of him. It's kind of hard to think of Sonny and Jason as the mob. They barely do anything illegal anymore. Maybe the merchandise they have like weapons and all that are illegal but they make threats and don't follow through with them. I hope what Kristina said to Sam actually sink in and we see more interactions with Sam, Danny, and Scout. I’m tired of Jason being all about Carly and Sonny. That needs to stop or do not let him have a family and finally let Sam move on. I love me some Sam and Jason but I finally get what some of the fans been saying about them lately. I have been trying to stick with them and say oh that is going to change and constantly defend their relationship but nope. It was different in 04, 05, and 06. Their relationship was just starting and it was just the two of them until the writers stupidly made Liz pregnant by Jason. The writers just couldn’t give them their own family until Danny and we saw what went down with that and by the time the truth came out Jason was dead. Jason only knows how to be a father to Michael honestly. He doesn’t spend time with Jake and honestly I wasn’t feeling that relationship because the way Jake treated Jason and how he adored Franco but he is a kid and that was the fault of his mother. The point is that it’s time for something knew. Jason is a decades character and it is time for some new character development. I know that he is never leaving the mob but he needs to get his priorities right. Sam has to stop sweeping that shit under the rug. Either Jason will put her and the kids first or end their relationship once and for all. Jason can’t be absentee because of Sonny and Carly. Sonny wouldn’t be absent from his kids life mainly because he is selfish but still. Sonny and Carly should understand that he has kids too and that goes for Scout too since her dad is presumably dead. Also, Sam needs to grow up and realize she is a mom. I think they need to have something happen to Scout like she get hurt from the mob war. Don’t kill her!! Just sustain some injuries that will wake Sam up. I tried to stick with them but enough is enough. Jason been in the game for over 20 years now or something. How does he expect his life to go? Will he retired? Does he want to have an actually stable family life?

Kristina was warned about Shiloh. Kristina every relationship she ever been in was base on a person dominated her or manipulated her in some way accept Parker. I use to think it was for lack of attention from Sonny and the fact that alexis wanted her to be so perfect. Kristina is more like sonny than any of his kids in every sense. She is selfish she do not listen to her family when it counts sam was right about her abandon them she believes strangers over her own family. She should continue therapy.
