You know thats what piss me off about the writers during this time. They would always pit the Women Against each other.

@ghfan51184 I find it funny that Monica is accusing Elizabeth of anything when Monica herself left her kids with nannies and at boarding schools for most of their lives when they were growing up. I am no where near a Liz fan but she has always been an attentive mother to her kids, Monica just wants to mouth off because no one ever told her that Jake was her grandson.

Monica needs to be the last person to judge Anyone. She slept with Rick and Kept sleeping with him. Even after Leslie found out about it. She was Obsessed with Rick Webber. Elizabeth's Uncle so she needs to have several seats.

Monica was and is an expert on someone pinning a baby on and then trying to steal a man, she told Ric that Aj was his and then played the frightened put upon wife in need of his protection until oopsey daisy it's Alan's baby then she watched Suzanne cozy up to her man give him a son and try to take her husband and her cash, this is one player calling another out i see your game i've played it, in terms of her mothering she's putting liz on notice to not hurt her son (the one that isn't even hers)

And Jake is not even her blood grandson Michael is her only grandchild by blood Jake Danny and Scout are her step or adoptive grandchildren

You can't blame Monica Liz took it upon herself to keep Jake away from Jason & his family. She's could have found someway to let Monica be apart of Jakes life with out putting him in danger. Looks like shes doing it now that Jaks back in Port Charels.

No. Initially that was the case, Elizabeth didn't want Jason to be in the child's life on paper because of his business which turned out to be an absolute Danger. A danger he solidified to her on several occasions warned her about his lifestyle and keep in mind she had been kidnapped, raped, and shot before, her studio bombed. Sam had recently been shot just for being near Jason. Elizabeth definitely had cause to be concerned and so did Jason agreed. However in spite of all that danger she still didn't want to keep Jason from his son. Eventually, they chose to be selfish, they changed their minds after they were secretly together for a while and they were going to get married. Elizabeth stated that she had asked him to make the wrong sacrifice, she wanted him to be in Jake's life in the open, and they were about to be a family but Jason pulled back after Michael got shot in the head. At that point the ball was in Jason's Court, and Liz had tried many times after that to get him to come back but the same thing would always happen they would always get a reminder of how dangerous his life was ending with the Russians kidnapping Jake and he was almost blown up. Ultimately, it was Jason's choice at that point to back out it was Jason's choice not to tell his mother, his choice not to reassure Elizabeth that he could protect them. Liz cannot tell Jason what to do. Jason chose not to tell Monica that is not Liz's job that's not her mother that's his mother so put the blame where it belongs on Jason. You have to realize Elizabeth didn't come from a real family she went from here to there and she's basically a runaway for most of her life. There's a time and there's a place to be upset but Monica is one to talk. Monica kept AJ being alive from his own father Alan who had a terrible time with his death or rather his supposed death. And Michael his own son, so she has no so she has no room to throw stones.

Dominicus X Monica has every right she is Jason’s mother and they kept her out of the loop with Jake period. Liz told everyone that Lucky was the father she didn’t let Jason know about the baby being his until after they got stuck in the elevator at the metro court. That was also when she saw Jason & Sam getting back together. I know the history of GH you don’t have to send me that long dossier about it. Liz has always stayed on the sideline waiting for her chance to be with Jason. The hold reason Jake was conceived was because Jason was pushing Sam away . Alexis made him feel guilty about Sam being shot and Rick went after her to get back at Jason. Ending up with Sam sleeping with her mother’s nasty husband Molly’s dad. Liz and Monica was never enemies they’ve worked together she could have told Monica about Jake without getting the boy killed it’s no excuse. The bad guys targeted the baby anyway and it was Sam that saved his life.

Dominicus X at the end of the day Liz talked Jason into keeping the secret from everyone including Monica. He didn't tell anyone not even Carly or Sonny thats how much he wanted to comply with Liz. She always had a way of talking Jason into seeing things her way but he always end up not being with her. What I'm trying to say is Monica still has a leg to stand on about Jake & finding out about him after he died. Thank God the little boy is alive and she and Jason ate making up for keeping him a secret for Monica. Even if that not the real Jason because he could be the twin onlt time will tell.

No. At the end of the day it means the last word the last say so, at the end of the day the final Curtain Call Jason, chose not to be with Elizabeth, not to be with Jake, and not to speak or associate with them as he did before. Jason pulled back completely as if they were strangers. At the end of the day Elizabeth wanted him to be in her life, she wanted him to fight have his say, at the end of the day he made that decision final. I don't care what they discuss beforehand when she was divorcing and unsure of everything. People grow change, evolve, have second thoughts and she did and she changed her mind. She had stayed consistent with her belief then I would side with you but she did change her mind. Btw, on another note, Jason has been talking about how his life was dangerous to other people and shutting them out. When he dated Liz before he took off after her house was bombed and tried to stay away from her because he was scared of what could happen, it was better that she didn't know him. also, he pushed Sam out of his life when she got shot this is what Jason does all the time this is what Jason is doing now currently trying to keep everybody out the loop not to tell anybody that's got nothing to do with Elizabeth that's just Jason all day. Elizabeth was paranoid of his life but who made her paranoid? He did, and he didn't do much to change her mind and reassure her that's the point you can't be a silent partner sit there and have one person make all the decisions especially someone who notoriously makes bad decisions, that's ridiculous and a copout. When Michael got shot Jason got scared and he backed out at the end of the day it was Jason's decision not to tell his own stepmother. It was not her, Sam's, Carly's or Sonny's place. Anything else is subjective and irrelevant. On this we have to agree, to disagree. I agree at the end though about the real Jason ☺

Dominicus X I never said it was Sonny , Sam or Carly place to inform Monica.I said because Liz told him not to say anything about Jake being his son he kept it from them too. They are more his family than anyone and he kept it from them. Sam found out at the hospital and Carly found out later by Sam. Jason was not going to be with Liz the time before or after Michael shooting. Liz thought because they got close that he was making ago of things all he did was agree that she couldn’t be in his life. Liz never liked what Jason does and that’s why he agreed with what she wanted for her son. Also the fact that she wanted to stay with Lucky played a factor in it too. You do know she was married to him before he got shot & turn to drugs. She didn’t let Jason or Lucky know who Jake father was. Liz started the train of secrets first. Playing a big part in why Monica is giving her the cold shoulders. Yes Jason should have told Monica about Jake but he didn’t even tell her about Michael. Monica knows Jason isn’t up front with her but Liz was someone she respected. Being her daughters best friend and watching her grow up with Emily. Monica wouldn’t care about Carly keeping things from her because they don’t like each other but you can’t say the same for Liz. Before Jake Monica and Liz had a good relationship. Monica probably would have push Jason to be with Liz if she knew about Jake.
