And we don't pinch nipples, genitals or slap face hard repeatedly ........its a sackable offence - firm sternal rub, lift arm above face and let it drop - watch if they guard and avoid dropping their arm into their face - then they are playing possum. Also poke them in the eye gently and if they squeeze their eyes from the stimulus, they are also probably faking it. Not a great idea to suggest nipple or genital pinching unless you want a lawsuit
