In case of a public co. Having 500 members articles provide that 7 members will form quorum , howevee at meeting 6 members were personally present . Is *quorum* vaildly constituted.???

Very good evening Sir, Jai Mata di ..Sir agar aap chapterwise students ko provide kar sake google drive me toh kafi badhiya hoga. like kuch chapter bhaut jyada imp h kuch ka weightage thoda kam , agar kisi student ko lagata h ki hame kuch specific chapter h chahiye jo exam point of view se kafi imp h aur kuch sirf notes padhake bhi ho jayega toh its request to you ki aisa kuch provision ho jisme student chapterwise payment kare, because sare chapter same category me fall nhi hote. Aur kuch aise students bhi honge jinhe bas vahi imp chapter chahiye ho. Thank u .. Gauri..
