I would like to make a comment to what is written under this video as a short explain to what it is about. I suppose after hearing the video that it is about a black General in the American army who is arrested by a racist cop,that is one thing, under the video is written General of the Black army. That means if ,today the US does not officially have a white and a black army, a totally different thing.
