What l want to know is why an employer who knew l was 62 when they employed me, then used me to sit on a seat for 5 weeks so other co-workers could go to lunch and leave. Then Terminate me effective immediately, with no cause, then when l took out a protections case with age discrimination. only to get their lawyers to blatantly lie and twist everything. That’s done a lot of damage l absolutely hated them for being so calculated and ruthless I just can’t understand how the lawyers preach on their site to be respectful of employees then blatantly lie to defend the client.
