Sensation and perception have relationship in that perception happens following sensory experiences. We perceive what we sense, given that there is ESP. As the procedure goes, environmental stimuli trigger sensory receptors and then after sensory stimulation, perception occurs due to attention, selection, organization, and interpretation.
