General signs of stabilization in China except for the property sector, economist says

Collapsing prices for homes are bad news.. for the ultra rich. But the common man , the plebeians benifit from it. Housing should be affordable. America should learn form chinese on how to keep the oligarchs in line.

That's like saying food price fall bad. Economy is not stock market. Rising price is not good.
