One of the lovely movies i have ever watched! Most actors like making it look like forgiving is easy. I like the silent treatment the wife gave him and the part she wanted him to provide proof of him not infected with STDs . I would have done the exact thing if i were in her shoes. I like the way the man repented and never wanted to do anything with ella again, it shows that he truly loved his wife and was willing to fix his mistakes at any cost. I think everyone will always love the funny, savage, and greasy talking side of Deza the most but Deza is a beyond amazing actor bc his kind, loving, vulnerable, side is winning me over just as much. His acting is so natural and relatable. I love the ending for so many reasons. The end was my favorite part and it made me watch Silent Treatment three times already without fast forwarding bc I truly enjoyed the entire movie. Shaznay did a flawless job as usual, Roseline and Mama really nice work but a special shout out to Deza's friend. I recommend 5 stars and A+🍎

Omg this is a great movie, married men are their for they wives, that's a beautiful thing, she confirmed that she took it for granted that he wanted her. And the mother in law, was to much in there marriage and she was wrong. This really hit home. For me. Yes my husband has a child as well outside of the marriage. First, let me appreciate that boss background music. Then I have to appreciate how Bankole came to his senses and told Ella his and their truth. It was only a fling of the loins that she pushed into manifestation and he stupidly went along, prolonged it, and had some fantasy of keeping a side chick. I also have to appreciate that his wife, though I do not condone men cheating /husbands and boyfriends cheating on their women, wives, and girlfriends. His mother was a disgrace, straight up. And I have to give the delusional side chick her due for realizing that Bankole was being truthful when he stated that he would never love her or become her husband. She made the decision to cut ties and to fix what she had tried to destroy. It was gratifying that Shaznay listened...and I won't give away the ending. WHAOO!!..this story takes me back some 4 or more decades ago, when my cousin, then a college student, met with a rich married man, who took good care of her. The man never for once in their 3 months together, mentioned his wife. When my cousin decided to ask about his wife, the man was furious and shut my cousin up right there and warned her never to mention his wife ever again. They broke up after that incident. Lesson learned from this very real movie for men is never talk about your marital issues with side chicks/concubines. The moment you do, you open the flood gates to their lies and scheming.
