I know this storyline took a long time but it actually makes sense. It was well over a year after Michael was born that AJ finally learned he was Michaels real father. It was also well over a year of Kristina being born that Sonny finally learned he was Kristina’s real father, now the same thing is happening to Michael. For some reason GH loves having parents not know about their children until well over a year, probably because the first year of a child’s life is the most important, and if you miss out on it, it hurts.
