@@kellymcfalls1458 The last mob meeting was on 8/29/17 there were 5 families The Triads, Cosa Nostra, The Novak's, Corinthos & Petrov from the Russian Bratva who tried to take over Sonny's territories after Sonny said he was retiring & dividing his territory among the other four families evenly but Petrov wanted all of Sonny territories and wanted to kill Sonny. Sonny killed him so at the 5/21/21 with Carly there was an empty seat bc the Russians wasn't there so that why Cyrus was there to try & get into the 5 families.

This storyline with Nina and "Mike" is the only time I would want Brenda to be back. Imagine Brenda forcing her happy ending on a Sonny with no memories. Finally she can hopefully gain some independence and stop depending on the men in her life to bail her out of every problem. Most of the time Carly has been on gh they have made her character look like a damsel in distress. This is the strongest I have ever seen her look. I like the change I’m seeing instead of Jason sonny or Jax coming to her rescue. Hopefully she can prove she doesn’t always need a man like this episode. She was fierce and did not back down.

Oh the irony when he said she's too emotional. Granted he's not normally, but this situation rattled him. This was completely off script. In terms of body language. Look at the contrast. Cyrus is taking quite the aggressive authoritative position. Carly stayed seated until she had to. She maintained eye contact. She wasn't yelling and stayed firm. Cyrus staying up showed he was rebellious and the way he talked about Carly was disrespectful. From what I understand, you're supposed to remain respectful in a mob meeting. This is quite fascinating.

The ONLY way GH can redeem this stupid amnesia storyline is to have Sonny in on it all along to smoke out Cyrus. Enough of it already. Its not that we don't love new story lines....and Maurice is the finest of actors....but while amnesia may work in a 1970s storyline.....anyone with a phone would google his picture in one hot minute and realize who he is....so this is why GH the fans hate the storyline...just not believable. Given that, I do hope they keep the bar and the lovely folks running the bar after it ends....they're fantastic too and GH could use more couple characters....maybe Sonny can buy them Jullians old place?
